ROLL INTO CHRISTMAS WITH THE LEXICON
The Lexicon has today, launched it’s Christmas charity appeal in aid of Bracknell Foodbank.
This year, at the request of Bracknell Foodbank, The Lexicon is hoping to collect 1,000 four-roll packs of toilet paper to support local families this Christmas and into 2026.
Liz Fourie, Bracknell Foodbank manager says:
“During the festive period we mainly receive sweet treats as donations. While this is a fabulous boost for local families, it is often the basic necessities that they need the most. We are delighted that The Lexicon has taken on the challenge to collect 1,000 four-roll packs of toilet rolls for us which, while not perhaps the most sexiest item to donate, will really help local families this Christmas and into the New Year.”
The Lexicon has kicked-off the appeal with a donation of 250 packs. The progress of The Lexicon’s Roll into Christmas Appeal will be highlighted by an ever-growing Christmas Tree, displayed in a shop window opposite Primark, on Braccan Walk.
Tom Henderson, centre director at The Lexicon says
“We hope that the local community, town centre restaurants and retailers will get involved with our 2025 campaign to collect 1,000 four-roll packs of toilet paper.”
Visitors can donate a four-roll pack to a local family via The Lexicon Giving Box, which will be located in Princess Square from Friday, November 21 2025 to Sunday, January 4 2026.
