ROBERT DYAS TO OPEN AT THE LEXICON
The Lexicon is delighted to announce that popular retailer, Robert Dyas will open the doors of a brand new store in Braccan Walk on Friday, August 25 2023.
Robert Dyas sells an impressive range of home and garden products, including kitchen electricals, cleaning appliances, gardening equipment, DIY tools and ironmongery. The choice is vast, from traditional favourites and household brands, to the latest innovative gadgets and home solutions.
Robert Dyas Owner and Chairman, Theo Paphitis, says: “I’m delighted that Robert Dyas will be part of the Bracknell community from August, offering customers the chance to access thousands of fantastic home and garden products at great prices and, importantly, at their convenience. It’s the perfect time to add to the Robert Dyas portfolio of stores across the south of the UK, and I can’t wait to visit.”
Customers can also make use of the various services in-store: They can transfer money virtually anywhere in the world with Western Union, get personalised house number plates created, and send packages and documents worldwide from the DHL Service Point at their new Bracknell store or have new keys cut.
Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon says: “Robert Dyas is one of the retailers that the local community has been keen to see in the town centre and we are delighted to announce its opening. Robert Dyas offers something very different to the mix of retail at The Lexicon and we are sure that they will flourish in Bracknell.”
Cllr Paul Bidwell, executive member for economic development and regeneration says: “This store is a great addition to The Lexicon and will bring something different to the shopping experience in our town centre. I’m sure this household name will be welcomed by the community.”
After 150 years on the high street, Robert Dyas continues to invest in the future by opening new stores and creating jobs in the community.
With 93 stores spread across the South of England, in recent years, Robert Dyas has also significantly grown its online presence and now has an extensive online offering.
Robert Dyas will be moving into the unit currently occupied by Menkind. Menkind originally came to The Lexicon in September 2017 as a Christmas pop-up but has been operating on a short-term rolling lease since then. The retailer was offered a more permanent home but, for now, has decided to close its store at The Lexicon.
