
Last night, Tuesday, 24 March 2026, more than 250 team members from The Lexicon’s restaurants, retailers, cafés and services gathered together at Cineworld to celebrate The Lexicon Awards 2025.
Now in its fifth year, the awards recognise and celebrate customer service excellence across The Lexicon.
Tom Henderson, Centre Director at The Lexicon says: “What makes these awards particularly special, is the fact that thousands of our visitors voted for their favourite as part of the judging process. Huge congratulations to all the winners and finalists, who have shown exceptional commitment to customer service throughout 2025.”
