To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience:
1. Please check the balance of your gift card (by scanning the QR code on the back of the card)
2. The payment must be processed as a 'CARD' Transaction - important to know if using a self service till or asked Cash or Card!
3. You must have sufficient balance on the card to cover the transaction or ask the associate to split the payment over two payment methods.
4. You must swipe the gift card through the card machine to make the payment.
5. The till will ask for authorisation of payment (this will usually be in the form of a signature but may need the last 4 digits of the card number or 1234 to be entered as a pin)
6. Need a refund? The funds will be given as store credit.
7. The sales associate refused me even though the store is listed and I have sufficient balance? - Please email info@thelexiconbracknell.com and advise us of the interaction so that we can provide additional training to the store.
